11:30am-noon: Bia Strength Collective – Strong Nation (No yoga mat required)
STRONG Nation® a high-intensity, music-driven workout where every move matches the beat. Think bodyweight strength, cardio, and plyo—all designed to push your limits and build serious power.
12:30pm – 1pm: Bia Strength Collective – CIRCL Mobility Class (Yoga mat required)
A restorative mobility class that blends stretch, flow, and breathwork. Improve flexibility, reduce stiffness, and leave feeling grounded and refreshed.
1pm – 1:30pm: White Oak Wellness – TRE (Tension Releasing Exercises) Class (Yoga mat required)
TRE™ activates the body’s natural ability to shake or tremor, a mechanism often suppressed in daily life. These tremors help to release stored physical tension and emotional stress, restoring balance and well-being without the need for verbal processing.
In this class we will move through some gentle stretches that elicit this tremor and you will learn more about your nervous system and how your body processes stress. This is a modality that you can practice at home after the class.
2pm-2:30pm: Nourish You NW – Stress Management Class (No yoga mat required)
Lainie Pyper is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness coach. She can teach you to take your life back by learning these simple stress management techniques. “We’re really good at the stress thing. Let’s relearn how to relax and flex the healing muscle in our bodies.”
Greenhouse Workshops:
10:30-11am, 11:30am-noon,12:30-1pm, 1:30-2pm: Little Lotus Ripples – Sound bath Experience (Yoga mat strongly encouraged)
Join Samantha Lindsey, founder of Little Lotus Ripples LLC, for 30-minute free sound bath sessions in the greenhouse. Allow the resonating frequencies of the crystal singing bowls to support the energy of your breath, intention, and presence. The bowls are tuned to the vibrational frequencies of each chakra and can support relaxation, balance, and inner calm.
