Join us for the 13th annual Brewfest, June 16 – 18 at The Oregon Garden. The Oregon Garden Brewfest is set in our Rediscovery Forest, where participating breweries are set up in booths dotted throughout the woods underneath the warm glow of bistro lights. There are covered areas available for people to gather with family and friends to enjoy the many different brews being served!

Volunteers are critical to the success of this 3 day festival supporting The Oregon Garden. In 2017, we will be looking for over 500 volunteers to give their time working as servers, admissions assistants, selling tasting tickets, sharing information in The Oregon Garden Booth, and helping on the keg crew. Additional positions include serving rootbeer, helping in the volunteer orientation room, with the snowless tubing area, greeting, and helping with crafts on Sunday.

Volunteer positions are available individually or as a team. Teams work in groups of 6 or 10 and share an area as servers or admission assistants.

Brewfest volunteers receive a volunteer t-shirt and one free 3-day festival admission pass (includes tasting glass and 5 tasting tickets) per shift worked.

Volunteer Registration Dates:

Individual Registration: March 28

  • Returning Volunteers: If you have volunteered at Brewfest before, log into the portal and schedule your shift. Navigate to June on the schedule page. If you don’t see a position opening on the shift you want, the positions are full for that shift. Please consider volunteering on Saturday night or Sunday – these are the shifts where we most need volunteers.
  • New Volunteers: If you haven’t volunteered with us before, please first fill out a volunteer application here, then log into the portal to schedule your volunteer shift for Brewfest.
  • Need help with the portal? Check out our instruction guide here. Still having problems? Contact Beth Maurer at volunteer@oregongarden.org.

Team Leader Registration

  • Team Leader Registration is now closed. If you have enough volunteers for a team of 6 or 10 on Saturday night (June 17th) from 7 to 11pm or either shift on Sunday (June 18th), contact Beth Maurer at volunteer@oregongarden.org to see if there is room.
