Green Guide
to The Oregon Garden
Here at the Oregon Garden we strive above and beyond
creating beautiful landscapes for humans to
enjoy. We want to make sure that a diversity of plants and animals can
thrive here as well.
We try to minimize our use of resources and to use
renewable, non-toxic resources as often as possible. We strive to not
only reduce our impact on the environment, but to help clean up
ecosystems by integrating the needs of people and wildlife.
Throughout The Garden and throughout this site you will
see our Green Guide Sign. This will give you information on the
innovative ways in which the Oregon Garden is demonstrating
environmental, economic, and social sustainability.
When you arrive at The Garden you can pick up our Green
Guide and take the self-guided tour. Simply follow the map in the Green
Guide and look for this Green Guide
Sign throughout the Garden.
